Fault finding and repairs
Repeated tripping, a dead circuit, intermittent lights or an unexplained burning smell needs a methodical diagnosis—not guesswork. The initial visit covers investigation; findings and any further work are explained clearly.
Lighting and extraction
Replacement fittings, downlights, wall lights, outside lights, bathroom extraction and practical lighting improvements. Customer-supplied fittings are welcome where suitable; labour warranty applies to the installation.
Sockets, switches and supplies
Additional sockets, singles changed to doubles, USB outlets, outdoor sockets, cooker or oven connections and supplies for home improvements.
Consumer unit upgrades
Where an upgrade is appropriate, modern boards use individual Type A RCBO protection and surge protection. The installation is tested and the relevant electrical certificate issued.

Interlinked domestic alarm systems designed around the property and current Scottish requirements, including replacement of expired alarms.
Renovations and planned work
Kitchen alterations, bathroom electrical work, garage and garden-room supplies, and sensible preparation for future loads. The scope is agreed before work begins.
